This is a natural process called “guttation” and it happens when the plant is taking up more water from the roots than it can use or lose through the leaves. If this continues, cells along the leaf margin may split open and die, leaving a brown edge. Reduce the watering. Adding a very small amount of bleach to the water is reputed to help.
